Features: A 3 storey, Grade II listed building in the Elizabethan Style with a shallow basement area. Formal gardens designed by Lutyens with ornate waterways, yew hedging, 'Knot Garden' (which incorporates the Winchester coat of arms), and a considerable amount of topiary. The site is accessed via a gatehouse which opens onto a long, snaking driveway leading to the house. The site sits in open countryside. Interior has ornate plasterwork and 'Elizabethan' style features. Views from the house look across the ornate formal gardens to open countryside. There is also a delightful avenue of pleached limes, reputedly the longest in the UK.
